Meet Courtney
Founder of Room Service
Courtney's understanding of interiors began long before she became a designer. Growing up around the construction industry, she developed an early appreciation for how homes are built, how materials behave and how thoughtfully designed spaces can improve everyday life.
She later spent a decade working across the fashion industry in London and Edinburgh, refining her eye for colour, texture, proportion and detail. Although creatively fulfilling, it was always the idea of creating homes that felt personal, lasting and deeply lived in that drew her back.
In 2023, she formally retrained in residential interior design, graduating with distinction from KLC School of Design. Combining technical design training with years of commercial and creative experience, she brings a balanced approach that is both practical and intuitive.
Today, Courtney leads Room Service, helping homeowners navigate renovations and redesigns with confidence. Her work centres on creating warm, timeless interiors that feel effortless to live in—beautiful homes designed around real life, without the overwhelm that so often comes with the process.
