You’re renovating a whole house or several rooms
You’re about to start a significant refurbishment
You want someone to create a cohesive vision for the entire home
You have lots of ideas but aren’t sure how to bring them together
You don’t have the time or desire to manage hundreds of individual design decisions
You want support beyond the design itself, from sourcing through to installation
You want a home that feels distinctly yours rather than like a collection of individual rooms
-
We start with an initial consultation to understand your home, how you live and what you’d like to achieve.
From there, we develop the complete design — establishing the layouts and creative direction before working through finishes, lighting, furniture, joinery and all the details that bring the scheme together.
Once the design is agreed, we move into implementation, working alongside your contractor and wider project team while managing sourcing and procurement through Room Service.
We remain involved through the project, right through to installation and those final layers that make the house feel finished.
Design Consultancy
For individual rooms or smaller projects where you know something isn’t quite working but don’t necessarily need a full interior design service.
We’ll create the direction for your space — from how the room should work to the colours, furniture, lighting and finishing touches that bring it together.
You’ll leave with a clear, considered design and everything you need to confidently make it happen yourself.
-
Initial design consultation
Concept and moodboard
2D furniture layout
Colour and material direction
Furniture and lighting selection
Finishing touches and styling suggestions
Personalised, linked shopping list
One round of revisions
-
You’re redesigning one or two rooms
You know the room isn’t working but don’t know what’s missing
You’ve saved hundreds of references but need help turning them into one clear direction
You want professional help with layout, colour and sourcing
You’re comfortable ordering and implementing the design yourself
You want a designer’s eye without committing to a full-service project
You’ve recently moved and want help making an existing room feel like yours
-
We start with a consultation to understand your space, how you use it, your style and what isn’t currently working.
From there, we create your personalised Room Service design, bringing together the layout, creative direction, colour, finishes, furniture and lighting.
You’ll receive the complete scheme alongside a linked shopping list, followed by one round of revisions to make sure everything feels right.
Then it’s over to you to bring it to life, at your own pace.

After your consultation, you’ll receive a personalised Property Potential Note, giving you a clear overview of the opportunities, compromises and priorities to consider before moving forward.

Send us the property listing, floor plan and a little information about how you’d like to live.

Following the call, you’ll receive your personalised Property Potential Note summarising the key opportunities, considerations and priorities discussed.
Available remotely across the UK.
Before You Buy provides interior design and spatial guidance only. It does not replace a building survey, structural assessment, architectural or planning advice, or contractor quotations. Any structural alterations, services, planning requirements or construction costs should be verified by the relevant professional.
Commercial Interior Design
Spaces that feel as considered as the businesses behind them.
From creative studios and retail spaces to hospitality, wellness and independent businesses, we design commercial interiors that balance how a space needs to work with how you want people to feel when they walk through the door.
We approach commercial spaces in much the same way we approach homes — with personality, warmth and attention to the details that make somewhere memorable.
The result is a space that works hard for the business without feeling overly designed or overtly corporate.

We start by getting to know your business — what you do, who the space is for, how it needs to function and, importantly, how you want it to feel.
From there, we develop the spatial and creative direction, bringing together layout, materials, furniture, lighting and the details that connect the interior back to your brand.
Depending on the scope, Room Service can then manage sourcing and procurement and work alongside contractors and other specialists to bring the design to life.
From first concept to opening the doors, the aim is simple: a space that looks like your business belongs there.
