Design has always been my language. I’m just speaking it in a new way now with Interior Design.
After a decade working across every corner of the fashion industry – from sales and product development to brand strategy, visual merchandising, and everything in between – I’ve taken the leap over the last couple of years and launched my career in interior design.
At first glance, it might seem like a shift. But in truth, the worlds of fashion and interiors are more aligned than many people realise. Both are rooted in storytelling, aesthetics, functionality, and the power of design to evoke feeling.
My experience in fashion taught me how to see space, colour, proportion, and texture—not just on a person, but in a room. Understanding how a brand comes to life across collections and campaigns translates directly into how a home can reflect its owner’s personality. Working on strategy and product development sharpened my ability to manage timelines, budgets, and suppliers—skills that are absolutely vital in any renovation or design process.
Now, as I build my studio, Room Service, I’m bringing all of that experience with me. Fashion gave me the foundation. Interiors are where I’m building something new—layer by layer, with intention and style.
Design has always been my language. I’m just speaking it in a new way now.
